Primary Hydatid Cyst of The Neck: A Rare Presentation

Background: Hydatid cyst of the head and neck region is an uncommon unique presentation disease. Case Report: We hereby present case a 26-year-old female who presented with 8-year history swelling in left side her neck. Imaging histopathological studies confirmed to be hydatid secondary Echinococcus granulosus infection. Conclusion: A high index suspicion required diagnose differential diagnosis benign swellings region.
